I don’t know about you, but I spend time every day trying to undo the effects of sitting in front of a computer. Always stretching and bending and taking breaks.

    I wear a FitBit and try to get 5200 steps in each day. It’s been a game changer for me. I love the reminders to get up and walk if I haven’t made 250 steps in the previous 50 minutes.
